“Cast One Last Look!”, Original Pastel Portrait

Original pastel portrait by Diana Philpott, titled “Cast One Last Look!”, signed lower left. A striking, contemplative portrait of a dark-haired woman in a flowing white ruffled blouse and silver filigree earrings, her gaze turned thoughtfully to one side. The artist’s handling of the translucent white fabric is especially beautiful, set against a stylized landscape of rolling green, yellow and blue-grey hills that gives the piece a modern, painterly edge.

Please note the glass has a crack in the lower left corner. The glass is inexpensive to replace at any framing shop
