Eclipse, Acrylic on Canvas by Steve Wilson
$280
One of a kind: there is only one.
Original acrylic painting titled Eclipse by award-winning Canadian artist Steve Wilson, signed and titled verso.
A dramatic nocturnal landscape depicting a brilliant solar eclipse suspended above a monumental waterfall. Rendered predominantly in silvery blues, greys and deep black, the composition is punctuated by the fiery orange and white corona of the eclipsed sun. The sweeping falls and rising mist lend the scene an otherworldly, almost surreal quality while showcasing Wilson’s characteristic interest in dramatic light and landscape. Monumental!
