Energetic oil abstract on paper, signed and dated 81 lower right, titled “Float Free” verso. It is animated by two bold, ribbon-like arcs of saturated color that sweep across a stormy field of grey, white, and blue-green. Bands of crimson, turquoise, orange, yellow, violet, and white cut through the surface with a sense of motion and lift, while broad, muscular swaths of paint curve and churn around them like wind, surf, or smoke.
